We are a student initiative of the European University Viadrina. Our group arose out of a project assignment in the English Business Language Course. Our group is very mixed and has members with different backgrounds, interests and study subjects. Not all of us live in Frankfurt, some just commute here occasionally. All of these aspects make us believe, that our individual perspective, regarding the student town, can contribute to the variety of the places introduced here.

Our idea is to show Frankfurt (Oder) and Słubice to young people from a different perspective, from students – to students. We want to share new exciting information about places worth to see. We will offer insights, personal recommendations and discounts in the area to everyone interested, and not only the timetable of the RE1 to Berlin!

Frankfurt (Oder) has been a student town with an increasing popularity among young people for a long time. We have the feeling that there are not enough resources, where you can get to know the bright and young side of the town. Since a lot of development in the town is happening because of the students and young people, we want to introduce interesting and modern places (which are also partly a result of this development), to fight the common image of Frankfurt (Oder) as a "dying" town.
